vs. the earth is a modern rock act originally based out of Baltimore, MD. The group established themselves as one of the highest paid rock entertainment cover acts on the east coast, and performed over 310 shows a year from 2005-2010 - A very staggering, but very real fact.
Originally a quartet, in 2011 VTE took a turn towards being a global presence when lead singer, songwriter, and front man Adam Marino took the reins and steered the organization towards his idea that being a rock musician is more than a job, it's a lifestyle.
Under the sole direction of Marino, vs. the earth transitioned from a touring rock act, to a global organization with its fingers in everything rock and roll.
Still working under the name "vs. the earth" Marino has continued to write, perform, tour. With a string of credits to the VTE name already including most recently:
A successful US tour of retailer Hot Topic, which resulted in partnership to sell VTE's branded clothing line.
Two mainstream collaborations with hip hop stars: Kasinova, and C. Los Beats, that have produced two radio tracks one of which appears on the Hurricane Katrina Relief staple album "Who Dat?".
